• Working for the Ministry of Manpower, handle a large number of outbound calls in a timely manner, gather and input survey data into MOM’s in-house online system.
• Perform verification of inaccurate data with respondents.
• Identify respondent’s needs, complaints, and provide solutions.
• Use of Excel spreadsheets to filter, VLOOKUP, and pivot table to organise given data.
• Ensure daily KPIs set by Team Leads are met.
