· Strategize and achieve >40% manual touch reduction for F10N MFG since embarking on the MPEO program in WW10 2019.
· Outstanding increase the TPM project submission from F10N shift production in response to the MPEO and labor productivity program (from 50 per year)
3. Module lead for F10 labor productivity program.
· Leading shift production to meet HC saving target as part of labor productivity program.
· Achieved > 30 HC saving for FY20
Enabling breakthroughs in operation improvement projects:
1. Eliminate loader arm vacuum error (as high as 250 count per week) through collaboration with vendor to redesign arm. Through close collaboration with cross functional team, obtained the USD $2M funding required to replace arm for all tools and achieve USD $14M saving through tool purchase avoidance.
2. Spearhead RPA implementation program in Micron F10.
· Successfully deployed RPA to replace manual operation in
i. Merge request (~1k lots merge by RPA per week)
ii. DE and CMP RDA request (~800 request per week)
iii. Auto release lots on hold due to multiple lot in FOUP staged to different tool (~1k per week)
iv. PH resist mat req (eliminate need to manual raise mat req)
3. Drive 20% YOY productivity improvement through in-depth understanding of operation efficiency, with key collaboration like CVD process Post Recovery Attribute Tagging Automation (PRATA) to reduce ~700 manual touches per week in tagging attribute.
