Portfolio Financing:

Manages privilege clients' portfolio financing investment accounts.

• Collateral management : Ensure margins are healthy before trade execution. Act as a gatekeeper, closely monitoring client's assets and liability report.
• Investment trade execution : Process and counter checks post and pre trade executions for various financial products.
• Loan facility application: Review client's eligibility through name screenings and assessment of client's AUM.
• Daily overdraft servicing calls: Perform daily call to inform and advise client advisors on overdraft facility due to issuance of cheques, GIRO deductions and other banking related queries.
• UAT testing: Participated in regression and UAT testing and assisted in the creation of UAT scripts. Partakes in system enhancement.
• Provided comprehensive reporting (margin simulation) on account performance, enabling clients to make data-driven decisions about future investments.

• Accurately spread financial statements on a group of companies
• Analyzed potential borrowers’ creditworthiness, financial position, liquidity standing and cash flow
• Supported business units on renewal loan proposals – ensuring no changes to risk level
• Prepared annual credit reviews and ad hoc credit assessments, including credit memo to the Executive Management
