Company Overview: An HR Tech company based in Singapore. The company was acquired by HRIG Pte Ltd in 2023


Co-founded HReasily, an HR Tech company based in Singapore, and led the technology and product development. Products developed include Staff Management, Payroll Management, Expense Claim, Leave Management, Time Attendance, and Rostering. I developed the product and the technology team from scratch, which is currently being used by 3000+ companies across South East Asia


During this process, I expanded the development team to 30 team members


  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for setting product strategy and roadmap
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to end-of-life
  • Develop business cases for product investments and secure internal approvals
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Work closely with Engineering, Sales, Finance, and Customer Success to ensure product development aligns with market demands and quality standards
  • Lead and mentor the product team, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Maintain deep domain expertise in the market, product area, customer needs, and business landscape
  • Lead product trials, MVPs, and go-to-market launch plans
  • Enable sales teams through product training, webinars, newsletters, and sales support initiatives
  • Monitor, report, and refine product performance
