- Collaborate with the production department to ensure the prompt production and assembly of items, adhering to the scheduled delivery timelines for the sites
- Oversee the inspection of trade demonstration and sample units in coordination with Housing & Development Board (HDB), Building & Construction Authority (BCA), and consulting teams
- Obtain the block sequence and tentative project completion schedule from main contractors at the earliest opportunity to coordinate with our purchasing and production departments, ensuring material supply aligns with planned requirements for each site
- Engage with the consultant's team on all technical matters on-site, promptly addressing and resolving issues as they arise
- Proactively coordinate with main contractors to establish project delivery and installation schedules, ensuring the operations team to mobilize required manpower, machinery, and tools to meet the planned deadlines for concurrent project completions
- Oversee and guide individual site teams to achieve daily work targets, resolve routine on-site issues, and improve workmanship skills, offering support as required
- Consistently engage with main contractors to continuously review and update project completion and handover timelines in response to evolving site conditions
- Continuously coordinate with subcontractors to increase manpower, enhance workmanship skills, and supply additional machinery and tools as needed to meet planned targets
- Conduct monthly technical and site progress meetings with clients, main contractors, and consultants to address and highlight current site conditions as needed

- Prepare and submit monthly progress claims to main contractors and the finance department to address any claim concerns
