  • Sydney Nov 2016 - Sept 2019, Head of Australian & New Zealand sales: Team of 5 people had revenue growth from $25mio to $75mio. Identified that business was too focused on "hard to monetize" client flows and began focusing on creating different revenue streams. Saw significant growth from collateral swap financing trades and IRS swaptions. Focused marketing efforts toward trade ideas and macro narrative that better supported the strong trading and research teams. We rose to 1st in the Peter Lee sales client coverage survey and scored the highest ever recorded relationship index result in the history of the survey (2018).
