working in an F&B is never easy because u need good communication skills and good product knowledge , working at seoul garden really change my point of view of working the struggles i had to go through to be able to get to where i am right now . My roles at seoul garden was to clear all those dirty dishes , wipe the table , wash the glasses , sweep and mop , Not only that i have to makesure that i maintain a good customer service and uphold the image of seoul garden . While working at seoul garden i recieved alot of feedback from customer saying how my customer service was good and how helpful i was .

while i was working at auntie annes i tried to improved customer satisfaction by providing timely and efficient service assistance. working at auntie annes really teaches me how to be patient because the whole time im working i had to stand till i end my shift not only that it also teaches me how to be patient with customer , the request and some unsatisfy satisfaction to deal with . I think working at auntie annes really help me developed strong relationships with customers through exceptional communication skills, leading to increased loyalty and repeat business.

My responsibilities while working there was to served customer , clean the tables after the customer has finish their food and also i will ensure that the food that was served was up to their liking .

While working there i also had to learn how to make the dishes there. Not only that i am also incharged of the cash register there and my duties are also to enhanced customer satisfaction by providing efficient and accurate cash transactions.

Handled multiple payment methods securely, minimizing discrepancies and potential losses. Assisted customers with returns, refunds and resolving transaction issues.
