Responsibilities:

• Liaise with prospective clients at showroom or on site.
• To understand client needs, provide consultation and after-sales service.
• Preparation of quotation, cost analysis and sales forecast.
• Create 3D models of home and design proposals in SketchUp.
• Advise on space planning, layout and interior aesthetics
• Render Sketchup models with Enscape to create photorealistic visualizations.
• Prepare project documentation and specifications.
• Scheduling of workflow to ensure smooth coordination with stakeholders of renovation projects.
• Work closely with suppliers & sub-contractors to ensure high quality project completion
