Scope:

• Supervise and coordinate all the M&E works on site
• Manage Subcontractor’s submission of method of statement, material samples and drawings
• Carry out submission to Consultant for Materials, Shop drawings, method of statement for approval
• Prepare M&E work schedule and monitor the site progress
• Carry out inspection when required to ensure proper quality
• Liaise with supplier on the M&E products needed for the projects and the delivery schedule
• Report to project and M&E manager on the progress of M&E works
• Handover documents including As-built drawing and O&M Manual to Clients, Architects and Consultants.
