Key Functions (current stage) - SQE:
1)
Coordinate with purchasing department to monitor supplier performance, generating regular reports and administering corrective actions, as necessary.

Conduct supplier assessment and performance audits to enhance process standardization and waste elimination.

Resolve non-conformance issues with supplied materials and follow up with suppliers for completion of corrective actions.

Evaluate supplier data to initiate process improvement opportunities along the supply chain.

Communicate with vendors regularly to address any concerns and foster an environment that facilitates continual improvement in working relationships.
6)
Drive supplier to continuously improve in key operational metrics and the achievement of the organizational goals.

Perform supplier process audits and follow up of agreed corrective actions.

Drive SCAR/8D based corrective actions initiated by customer or on-site.

Support Introduction of new Global Supplier, from Pre-selection, Self-assessment, Audit and Supplier release

Assures quality products & processes by establishing and enforcing quality standards, testing materials and product.
