- In charge of the Testing and Commissioning team for Circle Line (CCL), North East Line (NEL) and Singapore Rail Test Centre (SRTC)
- Report functionally to the Project Director for CCL, NEL and SRTC. This include working closely with the different Project Managers from the ong-Term Service Support (LTSS) and Simulation Facility(CSF) in terms of managing resources so that all projects can meet their schedule
- Participate/lead in monthly progress meeting and technical meeting jointly with the Project Director and Engineering Head to manage the expectations of the Authority and Operator
- Participate in all monthly safety site walk and inspection with the Project Management to ensure compliance with the authority requirements
- Work closely with the Alstom Safety Assurance team and Quality team to ensure all deliverables for revenue deployment are on target for submission in accordance with contractual requirement and project milestone. On site, ensure the application of the internal process on the T&C activities based on the safety restrictions by Alstom Safety Department
- Present on a regular basis to the Project Management and Finance team on the current and forecasted T&C budget
- Work with the local and off-site planning team, engineering team, installation team, procurement team and quality team to ensure the timely progress of the projects
- Prepare bids for future opportunities in CCL, NEL and SRTC
- Lead major deployments of system/hardware/software changes/versions on site regularly for Circle Line, North East Line and Singapore Rail Test Centre
- Build, guide, develop, motivate and lead a team of 20 specialists with different functional skill set. This includes optimizing resource utilization for various projects under T&C management by prioritizing tasks based on criticality while maintaining focus on timeframes and deliverables within budget
