- Oversee the operations of processing facilities, ensuring efficiency, product quality and alignment with commercial strategies.

- Drive product development initiatives to meet market demand and stay ahead of industry trends.

- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement sustainability-related strategies that align with business growth objectives.

- Engage with clients, partners, and other stakeholders to communicate and promote the company’s sustainability objectives and initiatives.

- Lead and develop a high-performing commercial team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Key management team for commercial and group risk management reporting directly to Chief Executive Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for global PnL of tropical oils division covering Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Africa, North America and Europe.

- Responsible for operational matters in Singapore covering shipping, insurance and information technology transformation.

- Responsible for human resource strategy for the commercial team.

- Responsible for the management, strategy and business development in the Philippines, Myanmar, Thailand and North America for all commodities.
