Together with team to inspect and control both of tractor heads vehicles, lorry vehicles, trailer 40 ft container vans and chassis to be good condition as daily checking ass them if find some are badly damaged or some spare parts or/any bushes, twist locks, wheel hubs, register plate, pressure tire activity wheels, tires, radiator, electric system, DTC-Black box signal or so on are not good condition, then we'll hasten to cooperate with Maintenance teamwork to inspect and repair urgently if find bad damaged then those damage units will be repaired and overhaul at once
Control Over Speed control among trucks drivers to be below 60 km/hour and must not be 50 times a month, Alcohol Testing and Oil rate performance
Control the schedule of daily vehicles utilization management both of white board update and update daily repair truck on whiteboard also
To prevent from being physically dried Emulsion AC 261 chemical substance in the tank Hence Lorry Tank Cleaning operation will be taken up as monthly checking schedule with mechanic team
We check all lorry tanks to be in good condition as monthly regular
Actual inspection at customer's stuffing station to find the way out of such problem loss chemical substance or lacking chemical liquid cargo weight after unloading operation was finished or/any unloading power pump was damaged, or our lorry drivers had been treated as inconvenience or there're no standard unloading equipment’s, so we'll go to check there immediately for further permanent solution
Any lorry tanks found cracked or leaked or/any no-good condition found, we'll find and contact Shin ken tank inspection service supplier for Hydro - testing and tank improvement service and issue the certificate after inspection

1. Lead Warehousing Planner – GGC Rayong Plant
Full responsibility for incoming product packaging planning for GGC 1 (Rayong), directly supporting three major production lines:

Ensured that all packaging materials arrived on time and in correct quantities, minimizing production delays and stockouts.
Collaborated closely with procurement, suppliers, and production teams to build a resilient supply chain system.
Developed and refined inventory and warehousing processes use real-time data to forecast demand and reduce holding costs.
2. Team Leader – Cost Down Innovation (Alternative Packaging Vendor Project)
Appointed as the project leader to drive cost optimization through sourcing and validating alternative packaging vendors.
Led cross-functional innovation workshops and vendor trials to test cost-effective, eco-friendly packaging options.
Successfully contributed to reducing total packaging costs while maintaining product quality and sustainability goals.
Reported project outcomes directly to senior executives and provided recommendations for vendor integration.
3. Group Leader – New External Warehouse Setup for Inbound/Outbound Expansion
Spearheaded the system and process set up for a brand-new external warehouse to handle expanded production needs due to the 2026 expansion of the fatty alcohol plant.
Played a pivotal role in designing layout flows, defining standard operating procedures (SOPs), and aligning the new warehouse structure with GGC’s digital systems.
Managed cross-department coordination to ensure a seamless transition of inbound/outbound logistics from the demolished old warehouse.
This assignment required deep understanding of logistics design, compliance, and risk mitigation, demonstrating a high level of trust in my capabilities.

Coordinate all 3PLs (Feed team, Products team, and Planning)
Manage Production plan & Logistics plan to support all customers as daily plan
Accurately optimizing and utilizing warehouse space
Assist the manager to manage the solution unloading/loading DOP to be accomplished without fail
