Talent Acquisition & HR Advisory

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment cycle, sourcing, salary proposals, offers, extension of offer communications, negotiations, relocation and orientation processes.

Employee Relations & Culture Building

  • Familiarity in handling Payroll, regulatory requirements of CPF and IRAS, NS portal, EP online etc

Achievement : Re-engineered current recruitment, onboarding , relocation processes for optimize efficiency. Scored highest score in New Employee surveys and continuously exceeding expectations of Expat Teachers. Successful implementation of SMART goals on PM process. HR scored one the highest areas audit processes conducted by Council of International schools.
