• Prepare and submit Quality Documents (PQP/ITP) for Client approval
• Prepare and arrange WQT for welders upon the materials (PVC/ PP / PE /SS)
• Prepare and submit Material Verification Report (MVR) to Client
• Register the equipment's calibration for site use
• Request for line-Walk Inspection and preparing for Inspection documents
• Carry out piping Inspection on site with client and follow up the punches commented by client for closing
• Perform the inspections against approved drawings and materials, PQP,ITP ,MOS and project procedures and specifications
• Preform the witness of pressure testing as project requirements
• Prepare and submit the test packs of the lines
• Brief the quality talk and preform the quality training to the supervisors/workers
• Report the monthly status of inspections and quality issues to Manager
• Perform Surveillance Inspection to ensure that the construction work is performed and duly meeting the project specifications
• Issue non-conformance (NCR) to sub-contractor upon the findings on site
• Maintain all the quality documents (QCD) and test packs for final dossier
