Currently, the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Commercial and Industrial Solar Photovoltaic developments under LYS Energy Group, a subsidiary of Leader Energy, responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of over 70 assets across six countries with a combined operational portfolio of over 66 MWp.

Reporting directly to the Group CEO and Group COO, I play a critical role in driving the company's strategic goals related to renewable energy, specializing in Commercial & Industrial (C&I) solar PV systems in six key markets (SG, ID, TH, VN, MY, TW), driving: production, project development, construction and operational efficiency.
