  • (Engine caterpillar unit and motor 450V driven unit.) Use Scada system to monitor, PLC,VFD and breakers control and output for production
  • Do calibration for displacement tank
  • Rig up all suction and discharge hoses and high-pressure treating line
  • Rig up sensor’s rpm for motor and rpm, temperature sensors, pressure sensors for water and oil and ambient sensor
  • We using sensors for reading current value and double confirm all unit control panel match with lab view reading
  • Once complete unit functional test, can start test the unit
  • We start with pressure test first and finally up to 15000psi with pump in water using graph
  • Then continuously do c-pump test, mixing test, horse power test BHP 1000, lock up pressure test with engage 1 gear until 6 gear

  • Before do PM for equipment need to check priority lots or wafer step, because different lots different steps and layer of etching because to avoid the production
  • Therefore, need to standby parts for PM
  • Example are O-ring, quartz plate, gaskets, piston and sensor
  • Once all standby and not effected the production, then only can open the chamber
  • Before open chamber must OFF maintenance switch for disable gas detector alarm activate
  • Then up the coil and cool down the temperature of etching and ashing chambers
  • Once cool down, purge the load lock unload lock chamber, etching, ashing and robot arm chamber using N2 gas
  • In chamber side, clean the chamber using DI water and clean the deposition
  • Clean all the parts before fix in chamber and make sure no particle on ESC
  • Check all ceramic pin condition, if need to change then change and to the alignment of ceramic pin for balance sitting for wafers
  • For robot arm need to check the arm position and if fail or out of spec need to do teaching for the robot arm, X axis, Y axis and Z axis
  • Change chiller for ESC, change thermocouple for temperature, change ESC (Electric static chuck) , After maintenance or change ESC do chucking and de-chucking for wafer, change generator
  • If the leak check within spec, then can run dummy lots for neutralize the chamber
  • After complete run then need to do particle, etching rate and ashing rate check
  • Through troubleshooting, identifies machine malfunctions of equipment and isolates the failure mechanism
