· Initially hired as HR Associate and has been given an HR Generalist role in 2020

SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Employee Relations:

  • End-to-End process for administrative/disciplinary cases:

- Investigation/fact finding, validation of endorsed incident reports.

- Case review, interview, panel evaluation

- Determine and finalize disciplinary actions imposed on certain offenses based on the
company handbook.

- Liaise w/ Legal and Compliance teams to verify proposed decision.

- Communicate HR finding/result to respective departments.

  • Handle employee relation concerns, including, but not limited to counseling and discipline.
  • Monitor employee movements and create notices for internal transfers
  • Conduct exit interviews.
  • Review HR policies and procedures and proactively recommend for process improvement.

Compensation and Benefits Administration:

  • Review and provide feedback to ensure compliance with Government statutory requirements in benefits administration.
  • Handle escalation cases of complex reimbursement/insurance claims
  • HR representative in panel discussions with operations teams to get feedback and answer employee complaints related to Compensation & Benefits
  • Point of contact for internal and external audits and provide remediation/corrective plan for findings.
  • Assist team in various programs and projects to improve employee experience relevant to Benefits administration.

HR Systems, Reporting and Training:

  • Facilitate attrition reports and conduct meetings attended by business leaders.
  • Create 201 files of employees undergoing disciplinary proceedings.
  • Prepare regular attrition, termination, and employee issues reports.
  • Train and provide performance evaluation and feedback to HR Assistants/Associates and peers.
