SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Employee Relations:
- Investigation/fact finding, validation of endorsed incident reports.
- Case review, interview, panel evaluation
- Determine and finalize disciplinary actions imposed on certain offenses based on the
company handbook.
- Liaise w/ Legal and Compliance teams to verify proposed decision.
- Communicate HR finding/result to respective departments.
