- Leading site coordinating, supervising and planning Hook up work, chemical work, Exhaust installation, piping installation carried out by the contractors fort all related equipment and systems in order to meet the required objectives
- Supervise and manage subcontractors' works according to design drawings, specifications, P&ID, method of statement and safe work procedure
- Control and coordinate with workmen and subcontractors to make sure standards of building performance, quality, time, cost schedules and safety are complied
- Attend the site walk for hook up work and site coordination meeting with client and PM for new quotation, project and clean room conversion work
- Attend the client 'safety coordination meeting with our safety and share the Cleanroom protocol to subcontractors and follow up
- Attend the technical meeting, site coordination meeting, client meeting
- Lead for machine Tie in, Turn on and air flow measurement
- Check on site requirement materials base on P&ID and make the ordering
- Assist project manager for the paperwork, check the subcontractors' quotation and BQ
- Prepare and submit the PTW, MOS, SOP, RA, Testing report for relevant utilities
- Weekly report to project manager for site work completed progress and discuss with PM for onsite outstanding items to follow up
- Very closely follow up and supervise to workmen when we are doing the Chemicals works and other M&E works also
- Before we turn on the Machines (tools), checking and trace the source for all utilities that we are installed according on P&ID
- Carry out the testing and check for Exhaust, Drains, UPW, PCW, Hi-vac, PV, CDA and Chemicals
- Duct Sizing, Pipe sizing, Staircase pressurization, MV calculation, cooling load calculation, Air balancing, T&C, materials ordering, Grille selection
- FFU sizing calculation, Dry coil sizing calculation, MAU sizing calculation, Heat Exchanger sizing calculation, Psychrometric Chart reading (Dry Bulb, Wet Bulb, RH, Dew Point), RH controlling.

- Report to Project Manager regarding with project schedule and project progress
- Liaise and work closely with consultants, clients, main con and subcontractors on the progress of ACMV work to meet the project deadline
- Attending onsite technical meeting and coordination meeting with my Manager and follow up the site outstanding items
- Check and order the Fan, Grilles, fire damper, FCU, CU according on approved materials list
- Check the project schedule and plan to get the materials on time
- Then, chase and check with suppliers regarding with materials delivery in time
- Check the grilles and diffusers to get right design air flow
- Arrange for site inspection and T&C with consultants/M&E
- Attend the client progress meeting with PM and prepare for progress claim
- Assist to PM for the shop drawing submission and material submission
- Coordinate and plan with Sub con Engineer for man power and materials to catch up on site master schedule
- For additional jobs, prepare the drawing and discuss with QS and make VO
- Assist and follow up from Project Manager for OMM, progress claim & other paper works
- Prepare and discuss the monthly project progress status reports
- Solving construction problems as soundly as possible
- Purchase order of site requirement materials base on Tender drawing
- Before proceed to order the materials for grilles, louver, Fan, FCU&CU…..etc, discuss and get approval first from consultant and Architect
- Highlight and discuss with PM before the ordering of Fan, FCU and CU as per shop drawing
- Before installation, check the approved show drawing to correct for duct size, duct length and BOD, grille size, louver size, FD, fire rated board, silencer, fan CMH, power requirement, check for approve brand material.
