Prepare proposal of design for Manufacturing for the plastic part before design the tooling. Design tooling of Plastic injection moulding using Unigraphics software. Prepare the 2D dimension drawing for milling and grinding department by using Autocad software. Prepare drawing for Wire cut department. Prepare Bill of material of the Plastic mould tooling for the mould maker. Giving support for the mould maker when assembly the mould.

Regulation Safety Test, compressor lock test, construction test based on IEC Standard and documentation. Learn IEC Standard for air-conditioner, operation and process of testing in regulation department, critical thinking for problem solving working improved, write a proper testing report and communication skills.

Repair machine, welding broken part, use lathe and milling machine to make the part of machine also make a simple project such as welding a container to fill broken ceramics Let me more explore about the technician job and learnt operate a lot of machine.
