Roles & Responsibilities

● Coordinate, update and implement the BIM Execution Plan in accordance with the latest Singapore BIM Guide and the requirements detailed in this BIM Requirements (Design and Construction)

● Assisting to plan, manage and maintain the BIM data to meet project deliverable requirements

● Coordinate and manage all BIM related aspects of projects, from tender to construction stage

● Coordinate the building services using BIM 360 platform and addressing clashes using Naviswork.

● Enforce BIM strategies, processes and standards, model content and quality control for each discipline/ assigned scope of works.

● Ensure BIM Models are modelled with correct BIM parameters and attributes for BIM base quantification and 4D simulation.

● Collaborate with team and other relevant departments to ensure all drawings are in order as per design requirements.

● Coordinate and liaise with project / construction team on submissions, updates or changes, and checking for clashes with other disciplines.

● Preparation of CSD.

● Perform interference checking in BIM software and maintain proper documentation of clash detection report.

● Liaising with contractors for M&E Coordination

● Assist to supervise and control sub-contractors/ workers to carry out their works accurately and ensure timely completion of projects to the contract drawings and specifications.

● Conduct site survey to verify site installations and As-Built Drawings

● Any other duties assigned from time to time & helping a few tender projects concurrently.

Project Reference : New State Court, Singapore

Roles & Responsibilities

● Produce 2D drawing for Electrical System. Include Single line, layout and system schematic.

● Prepare drawings submission format, including title block, notes and legends, drawing to scale, etc.

● To perform drawing and design work by using BIM Software.

● Prepare and present 3D models during BIM meetings.

● Ensure that all drawings are compliant with project specifications and requirements.

● Prepare Electrical Drawings for submission & approval – Shop Drawings for site construction and As-Built Drawings.

● Prepare details Electrical installation drawings prior installation on site.

● Assist in day-to-day project operations including coordination activities with construction team and liaise with all party involved in the project.

● Create Combined Services Drawings (CSD) and resolve CSD issues.

● To prepare BIM MEP modelling and to liaise with BIM Coordinator to meet Clients' requirements.

● To attend site walk as and when required by the Engineers and Managers.

● Other ad hoc duties as and when assigned by the superior or management.

Project Reference : SengKang General & Community Hospital, Singapore

Roles & Responsibilities

● Follow and managed the instructions & assist to the Project Engineer.

● Draw plans, sections, details and layout drawings for the technical engineer as working drawings and as -built drawings , and show all of the titles,labels and dimensions.

● Draw shop drawings for site teams & approval for clients.

● Attend site meeting and coordinate electrical work with Project team.

● To site and inspects the practical designs to draw as-build drawings.

● Liaise and co-ordinate with consultants on project details and resolving technical issues.

● Quality assurance technician for requirement construction materials.

● Making site daily reports.

● Document and report project progress to stakeholders and clients.

● Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.

● Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
