- Responsibilities :
- Study tender specifications and drawings, capture all Bill of Quantity of Equipment and materials
- Collect cost from equipment supplier, check and verify compliance with Specifications
- Negotiating the cost of sub-contractors and supplier
- Solving the technical problem & site issues
- Prepare the tender document for submission when necessary
- Planning installation work schedule based on master construction program
- Attending weekly technical and progress meeting held by the client
- Prepare monthly installation progress report to the client
- Check and submit monthly progress claim to the client
- Follow-up on “Due Progress Paymemt” whenever payment is verified by the client
- Assist on sub-contractors’s quotation and verify the scope of work : Counter check sub-contractors progress claim for Accounts Department to release progress payment
