- Maintain and calibrate production equipment with Engineering; manage raw materials as per requirements.
- Follow EHS procedures, update BMRs/production records in real time, prepare/revise documents as needed and report issues promptly.
- Handle process orders, inventory management in SAP, and act as data owner for process equipment.
- Execute qualification/validation protocols, support commissioning activities, and prepare/revise documents as needed.
- Operate DeltaV software for process monitoring, control, and other work-related purposes.
- Operate and monitor the Filter Integrity Machine and Fedegari Autoclave in accordance with establishing procedures, ensuring compliance with GMP, GDP and GLP standards for quality and safety.
