Pei Wen is a dynamic music educator with extensive experience in curriculum development and teacher training at early childhood and elementary levels. She is the lead conductor of the Starlight Programme for children with diverse needs and also conducts several children's choirs. Pei Wen is also passionate about empowering educators and choral conductors through interactive workshops about adapting the Kodály Pedagogy for classroom teaching and choirs. She has had the privilege of sharing on both local and global platforms such as Singapore Teachers Academy of the Arts, Malaysian Association for Music Education and the British Kodály Academy.
