Responsibilities:

As a non-IT Business Analyst, I bridge business requirements with system solutions. My role involves gathering and analyzing requirements, designing workflows, configuring systems, testing, and providing support to customers to effectively implement solutions. I focus on delivering value to the end-user and ensuring alignment across stakeholders and business objectives.

• Market Research: Support in conducting user’s interview sessions, do research on Competitors, Regulatory Landscape, and Market Size, query data on Azure to analyze the result for future product updates and gather pain points.
• Cross-Functional Team Collaboration: Work closely across Vietnam and Canada team members, including Front-end, Back-end, Application Developer and UI/UX Designer to clarify requirements, explain tasks and solve any issues. Implement Agile methodologies to ensure system deliverables aligns precisely with evolving business needs
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate with stakeholders on the team’s situation. Set up Scrum events and participate with other teams to resolve roadblocks and release MVP on time.
• Product Documentation: Produce documentation (Flowchart, PRS, BRD, etc.) for the product. Handling user manuals, and providing ongoing support to ensure successful solution adoption and usage.
• Product Testing: Conducted internal system testing and supported User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including executing some test cases, collecting feedback from end-user and stakeholders and logging bugs on Base.vn (a project management and issue tracking software as Jira) to ensure the system met expectations prior to delivery.

• Analyzed business requirements, designed workflows, reviewed system interfaces (prototype and mock up) and created detailed proposals for implementation
• Ensure developed App and CRM system tailored to meet the specific requirements from stakeholders
• Regularly engaged with stakeholders to clarify needs and ensure project alignment with business goals.

Performance:

• The automatic system helped cut 25% operation cost after 2 months of deploy the system rather than manual process
• Monitor and resolve user’s feedback with 90% of tickets reviewed and resolved
• Expense Reimbursement Efficiency: Almost 90% claims is solved within 3 days and the invoices Management module allows easier invoice generation and tracking

Visa Card Design, Wellbytes partnered with DC Banks on developing a web platform enabling customers to personalize their Visa card designs
