- Established a culture of continuous improvement. The Group won the Pro-enterprise Transformation Award - Gold in 2023 and MND Minister's Award 2023.
- Orchestrated a new regulatory regime to boost productivity of the industry, through harnessing of technology. This includes leading the Group in developing the world-first standard for remote monitoring and diagnostics solutions for lifts, introducing a conducive rules to encourage the adoption of remote monitoring and diagnostics solutions, and setting out targets for the implementation.
- Led the implementation of the relevant regulations for lifts, escalators and amusement rides. This includes ensuring compliance by the stakeholders, taking appropriate enforcement actions against errant offenders and review of related rules and policies to ensure relevancy.
- Led a tripartite committee in developing the framework and implementation plan for the Progressive Wage Model (PWM) for lift and escalator maintenance technicians. This is also the first PWM for skilled workers.
- Personal achievements include National Day Award - PPA(Bronze), National Day Award - PPA(Silver) and COVID-19 Resilience Medal.
