- Utilized object detection on TensorFlow API to convert wafer photos into a metric through feature engineering, surfacing out opportunities for defect improvement as well as improving the lead time of experiments by 2 weeks, reducing wafer scrap and rework costs.
- Analyzed trends in equipment and recipe performance for the entire process loop, identified opportunities from wafer topology and worked with stakeholders, resulting in an 18% improvement of defects.
- Apply statistical process control to identify faulty wafers and collaborate with cross-functional teams on mitigation action items, minimizing yield loss and successfully reduce wafer breakage by 60%.
- Utilized Tableau dashboards to automate tracking of crucial metrics, presenting visually engaging data visualizations for a concise and informative overview of top issues reviewed at the Director level.
