• Provide end-to-end coordination of air freight shipments, ensuring timely pick-up, documentation, and delivery.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, shipment updates, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Liaise with airlines, ground handling agents, and overseas partners to ensure seamless cargo movement and compliance with airline and customs requirements.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents such as Air Waybills (AWB), export permits, invoices, and packing lists.
• Monitor cargo tracking systems and proactively update customers on shipment status.
• Collaborate with the operations and export teams to meet service level agreements and delivery timelines.
• Handle post-shipment documentation, including billing, claims, and proof of delivery.
• Maintain and update client records in internal systems and ensure accuracy in data entry and documentation.
• Prepare customer quotations by obtaining freight rates from airlines, applying appropriate markups, and presenting tailored offers based on the customer’s preferred airline and destination.
• Support continuous improvement in customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
