• Perform and ensure that assembly builds, and tests are completed as scheduled and according to required specifications, drawings, and work instructions.

• Report and assist engineers in problem solving and troubleshooting.

• Perform housekeeping and comply to the manufacturing discipline and cleanroom protocol.

• Assemble, Test analytical instruments or Sub assembly and main assembly of box build unit.
• Inspection and packing of final product.
• Involve in housekeeping and process improvement.
• Willing to Learn and able to multi-task.

· Maintain housekeeping in line with bench marking standards to ensure conformance to product specifications.

· Ensure quality standards are followed in all aspects of diaper manufacturing.

· Ensure that all SOP and checklist are accomplished during the operations.

· Conduct periodic check on machines and rectify problematic areas by repairing or using replacement parts.

· Carry out regular inspections to the building and facilities.

· Liaise with contractors and arrange contractors on the maintenance of functions and systems within the building.

· Valve-testing and checking

· Validation of equipment workability

· Stamping of equipment, indicating of country-of-origin

· Typing, writing and filing of reports pertaining to station.

· Testing all kinds of models and labels of computers

· Data entry using Microsoft Excel with information from SIA and IBM offices

· Office administrative duties: Filing, photocopying, printing
