1. Inbound related - Receiving and Inspecting Goods: Receiving incoming shipments, checking them against purchase orders, and inspecting them for damage or discrepancies.

2. Storing and Organizing Inventory: Received items in the appropriate storage locations.

3. Order Processing: Picking items from the shelves to fulfill customer orders. This includes packing products securely for shipment, labeling packages, and preparing them for dispatch in a timely manner.

4. Supporting Inventory control: Conducting regular cycle counts, and providing information for managing stock levels.

1. Customer Interaction: Greeting customers, answering inquiries, and providing assistance during customer at shop.

2. Transaction Processing: Responsible for accurately processing sales transactions, which includes scanning items, handling cash, credit, and debit card payments, and ensuring that all transactions are completed efficiently.

3. Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring inventory levels at the register and keeping track of stock, restocking shelves, and reporting low inventory to management to ensure that products are available for customers.

4. Sales Reporting: At the end of each shift, required to reconcile cash drawers and generate sales reports.
