-Handling office expenses and all staffs' and director claim.
-Handling of phone calls & email queries
-Assist and support financial department with daily accounting data entry, human resources (HR), Operation side support and administrative tasks for the essential running of the practice and distributorship.
-Liaise closely with outsource warehouse, freight companies.
Maintain and monitor closely on monthly safety stock level to cater to order requests.
-Coordinate & arrange shipment schedules.
-Responsible for the documentation for import and export (Include Invoices, Purchase Order, BL, Packing list and any other shipping documents)For example: Japan and Malaysia
-Overall care and support for the equipment, and maintenance of the building – such as electricity, plumbing and air-conditioning system.
