-check and maintained stock level/ordering stock on email/WhatsApp /meet new supplier and get sample food for food testing
-going another branch check for food hygiene/food quality/kitchen cleaning/checking all branch kitchen equipment/make sure staff follow food sop
• Actively involves in the day-to-day running of the all outlet kitchen

In-Charge of all the individual kitchens' inventory, cleanliness and quality control of the food.
• Attend R&D or food tasting and assist to train the kitchen-in-charge at their own outlet whenever there's a new item
Supervise all the kitchen assistants OTs, Weekly Schedule and Admin Matters to Kitchen Admin and Head Chef
Supervise all the Kitchen In-charge on all purchasing matters
• in-charge of the food production for the central kitchen.
• Assist in food catering whenever there's an event
• cover shifts fi required (all outlets)
