Intervals run, soccer and rugby

Daily life in tekong: Did my interval run with my colleagues during rest period after lesson. 3 to 4 days per week.


Soccer: I used to be in a small club Back in 2016( Euro jnrs & Unity club) and stop in 2020. Used to be striker and also goalkeeper. 


Rugby: Stopped my soccer career and decided to explore new sports which is rugby. Joined this club recently, went for 2 session of training. Hope to continue this journey and be more active.


Additional Information

Communication is the most important key for me, especially when it comes to working as a team.

From what i have learn from my own workplace, always give others a chance to share their concerns or any thing that is work-related.
