• Project management coordinator of the IT & AV Systems workstream which is responsible for the ICT infrastructure design, system interfacing, and workspace integration for more than 3000 users across Southeast Asia.
• Project Manager and leading development for IT & AV sectors in 45+ New Office Build Projects across Southeast Asia, China, and India. The role includes senior consultant, design, tendering, and implementation. Using various integration between brand like Crestron, Samsung, Logitech, Poly, Neat, Biamp, QSC, and Kramer.
• Identified & Analyzed the business requirements and Initiated Project Tech Refresh/Upgrade with a total of 50+ projects for all Grab Offices. Led the AV team in briefing, designing, and delivering all audio-visual systems including an auditorium, boardroom, training, and meeting rooms. Developed a variety of innovative solutions to support the then-and-new approach of activity-based working and enhanced collaboration.
• Managed and maintained 613 Zoom rooms, ensuring optimal performance by regularly monitoring over 5 key dashboards which Poly Lens, Logitech Sync, Neat Pulse, Biamp Sagevue and Crestron XIO. Oversaw the timely software and firmware updates to guarantee seamless user experiences, achieving zero technical issues and ensuring business continuity.
• Provided technical support for over 100+ BOD Events and Townhalls, playing a key role as a primary technical point in ensuring seamless execution. Responsible for end-to-end technical coordination, setup, and documentation efforts, while proactively troubleshooting to ensure flawless event delivery and an exceptional attendee experience.
• Managed and tracked the entire AV asset inventory, including TVs, projectors, touch panels, PCs, and accessories across multiple global offices. Ensured comprehensive tracking of asset details, including warranty status, location, and purchase history, enabling efficient lifecycle management. These efforts directly contributed to informed decision-making for future planning, including upgrades, disposals, and resource allocation to optimize operational efficiency.

Successfully managed and delivered multiple high-impact projects in the IT AV sector, achieving a 97% success rate in meeting timelines, functionality, and user expectations. Oversaw all phases of project life cycles, including tendering,
coordination, communication, and documentation. Worked closely with main contractors and stakeholders to ensure projects
met user requirements and delivered exceptional results.

● Facebook Office - Indonesia: Led the setup of two new office floors, including installing 15 meeting rooms and event
spaces. Coordinated all aspects of design, AV integration, and stakeholder alignment to ensure a seamless
experience and fully functional workspace.
● INPEX - Japan Oil & Gas Company: Successfully deployed AV systems for 8 new conference rooms, integrating
CISCO conference systems with Extron sensors for enhanced collaboration and control.
● WeWork - MSIG & Astra Tower: Managed the AV setup across 6 floors, delivering 20? meeting and event spaces for
WeWorkʼs co-working facility, ensuring a high standard of functionality, optimizing collaboration technologies for diverse user needs, and enhancing user experience.
● AirNav Command Centre & Flight Monitoring Project: Delivered a 5?3 videowall system and comprehensive AV
infrastructure for the AirNav Command Centre, ensuring smooth and efficient flight monitoring operations.
● SKK Migas: Led the implementation of AV solutions across 35 meeting rooms with full automation, integrating sensor
technology, touchscreen displays, and room booking panels to streamline operations.
