• Was leading the expansion of kitchens in the South of India – Handled the end to end project from site finalization (based on demand clusters) to kitchen set up and smooth handover to the operations.

• Implemented standard cost models with onboarded vendors for the best price including Tendering.

• Responsible for demand and supply forecast for seasonal items for a retail client based out of Canada using JDA
