  • Clinical Risk Management & Safety: Certified Enterprise-wide Risk Manager from Asia Risk Management Institute in April 2024. Led proactive clinical risk management and safety efforts, including walkabouts, risk management reports, audits, and self-assessments. Supported the hospital's clinical risk safety program through thorough audit and compliance checks, aligning with Ministry of Health Ensure Safer Systems (MOH ESS) standards.

1. TeamSpeak: Led the team for implementation of TeamSpeak in SGH in 2018, with the target to train 80% SGH staff in 18 months. The target was not only achieved but was exceeded. Since the implementation, overseeing the TeamSpeak trainings including organizing, maintaining attendance databases, managing trainers and ensuring to train all our new staff.

2. TeamChoice: Just Culture. Certified Just Culture trainer from "The Just Culture By David Marx". Leading and overseeing the overall implementation of Just Culture not only in SGH but in the Outram Campus. Collaborating with different institutions like SNEC, NDCS, NHCS and the external vendor for certification of our trainers, implementation at different institution as well as organizing the workshops for the managers and above. Till date, there are 25 trainers certified as well as more than 300 supervisors trained. Working closely with the team doing the SRE investigations and Root cause analysis to integrate Just Culture as a part of their processes to ensure staff psychological safety and improve our safety culture.
