• Manage end user Ids in the joiner , mover and leaver process.
• Manage end user access and permissions and how they are identified and the roles they are then assigned.
• Manage day to day access operation request fulfillments and incidents within set SLA’s
• Work with the relevant teams in fulfillment of regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate audit trails to support internal and external audits.
• Prioritize and handle service requests and inquires ensuring accurate and timely completion pf tasks and responses.
• Add and remove individuals in the various banking applications and systems.
• Collaborate with information security teams to ensure alignment with organizational security policies.
• Understanding of single sign on principle's (SAML , Oauth2 and openID )
• Understanding of directory functioning.
• Understanding of user provisioning,deprovisioning,access control and verify authentication and authorization. (eg : Multi factor authentication , OTP)
• Basic knowledge in cyber security (eg : encryption , signature and PKI )
• Basic knowledge in network (eg : routing , balancing and firewall)
• Conduct audits, maintain accesses for 15,000+ Active Directory accounts, and provision user accesses within SLAs
• Support Hours: 24 x 6 including public holidays.
