Roles & Responsibilities:

• Presently working for the client Monetary Authority Singapore (MAS) in SCRIPS Project ( Singapore Central Real-Time Integrated Payment and Securities settlement system.
• Acted as a liaison between the QA team and other departments such as Development, Customer Support, and Product Management, ensuring effective communication throughout all stages of the project lifecycle.
• Built automated test scripts to handle repetitive software testing work.
• Designed, documented and executed test scenarios to identify software bugs.
• Monitored resolution of bugs, tested fixes, and helped developers tackle ongoing problems by providing QA perspective.

• HPALM for defect tracking & bug reporting.
• Assessed software bugs and compiled findings along with suggested resolutions for development team members.
• Collaborated with developers and product owners to stay current on product features and intended functionality.
• Knowledge on putty & checking logs for debugging defect root cause.

• 3.1 years of IT industry experience in the area of Software Testing and Application support with a solid understanding of Test Planning , Test Design, Test Execution and Defect Reporting & Tracking.
• Having good knowledge in all stages of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software
  Testing Life Cycle (STLC) process including AGILE and Waterfall methods.
• Identifying Test Scenarios, Writing test Cases, Execution of Test cases, Defect Reporting, Tracking & Automating Test scenarios.
• Knowledge on putty and Filezilla to check logs for debugging defect root cause.
• Knowledge on Defect Life Cycle and experience in using tools like HP ALM, Yodiz, JIRA.
• Defect management and Bug reporting through Bug tracking tool for Business Application Software & WEB Applications.
• Experience in Banking & Finance domain. Also have experience as end user of Banking & finance management softwares Finacle Version 7 &10.
• Ability to meeting deadlines under pressure with tight schedules.
