The Cluster Head oversees, plans and implements management goals and objectives of the programmes to suit the needs of clients and provides leadership oversight on the execution of these programmes. I manage the risk and quality of the programmes, monitors programme expenses to ensure they are within the budget and reviews information pertaining to the operations of the RCS programmes within the Cluster. I also collaborates with other organisations to develop programmes and develops community outreach plans to target client groups, external agencies, organisations and the community.

I am managing the operational for two programmes and overseeing another two others programme under my cluster.

 Oversees all money matters such as petty cash, donations, fees collection and ensures that they are managed in accordance to MINDS Accounting
