The Cluster Head oversees, plans and implements management goals and objectives of the programmes to suit the needs of clients and provides leadership oversight on the execution of these programmes. I manage the risk and quality of the programmes, monitors programme expenses to ensure they are within the budget and reviews information pertaining to the operations of the RCS programmes within the Cluster. Visualizes, conceptualizes, plans and implements management goals and objectives for the overall development of the Home
Continuously develops and evaluates programmes and services provided by the Home, benchmarking against the best practices
Develops community involvement activities to promote clients’ social integration
Networks proactively with various agencies and corporations for support, resources, and fundraising activities for the development of Home and the
clients
Implements staff development programmes through seeking out appropriate training opportunities, mentoring, coaching, supervision and
contact time with staff.
Administrative & Operations
Chairs monthly staff meetings
Provides timely and accurate reports of the Home clients’ outcomes, clients’ muster, monthly reports, etc. to MINDS Management and the relevant
authorities
Conducts annual staff appraisal
Oversees the efficient day to day running of the Centre – which includes the welfare, safety and security of the clients and staff
Ensures that staff observe code of conduct, rules and regulations of the Home
Provides leadership through the development and maintenance of a strong work ethic with a collaborative team approach culture
Financial, Inventory & Facility Management
Prepares and monitors the Home annual budget
Oversees all money matters such as petty cash, donations, fees collection and ensures that they are managed in accordance to MINDS Accounting

Oversees the facility management of the Home to ensure a safe environment for the clients and staff
