Fieldwork

• Plan scheduled maintenance outages as part of preventive maintenance program.
• Schedule regular inspections of equipment and facilities to manage wear and tear.
• Monitor breakdown frequency and root cause analysis
• Carry out troubleshooting and recovery of equipment
• Collaborate with other departments to verify completion of maintenance tasks.

Training

• Train personnel in equipment maintenance and enforce participation in exercises focused on developing key skills.
• Train maintenance technicians to apply proper technique and best practices and comply with safety protocols.

Customer Relations

• Preparation of breakdown and investigation reports
• Maintain positive customer relations by addressing problems head-on and implementing successful corrective actions.
