Activities

In the realm of procurement, I coordinated discussions and reviews with key internal users to identify common requirements, new procurement needs, and contract renewals. I oversaw cross-cutting procurement activities across YPS Group, involving market sensing, procurement paperwork, budgeting projections, evaluation, and contract award. My responsibilities also included accurate and timely tracking of purchase orders and contracts, ensuring precise billing and payment processing within stipulated timelines.


I took charge of implementing and reviewing the incident management framework, ensuring continuous engagement with management and ground staff to enforce compliance with incident reporting workflows and provide timely updates. I conducted a thorough review of YPS incident reports, consolidating the information for submission to the HPB Incident Management team (OE Division).
