Planning

• Established, coordinated, and maintained an accurate production plan and schedule.
• Managed material tracking, change implementation, and ensured material availability for production.

Production & Coordination

• Monitored and reported on key production performance metrics (4M, OEE, Production Capacity).

• Ensured all equipment, processes, and personnel operated safely through systematic monitoring and testing.
• Implemented immediate corrective action for all identified unsafe conditions.

• Generated material planning orders based on overseas shipment schedules (China: DiSheng, ShenZhen; Thailand: Sangkhlaburi).
• Developed and provided Material Requirements Planning (MRP).
• Prepared supply and demand forecasts based on customer requirements to support the supply chain.
• Served as a Lead Auditor for ISO 9001:2015 – Quality Management System (QMS) internal audits.
• Designed and set up the production floor plan layout for new machinery and equipment in new projects.
• Developed training plans to enhance employee skills and improve work efficiency.
• Developed and implemented Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules for the plant.
• Managed and controlled the maintenance budget.

Industry Focus: Tier 1 Supplier for Automotive (Cockpit, Console, Seat, and Bumper parts)

• Created and maintained core manufacturing documentation (PPAP, Work Instructions, BOM, Process Flow, Control Plan, P-FMEA), and provided general document support.
• Designed and oversaw equipment installation for new plant setup, including new layout, machinery, manpower planning, and production cost analysis, to ramp up productivity for the cockpit, console, seat, and bumper assembly lines.
• Ensured the assembly line layout was up-to-date and fully aligned with established process flow steps and design specifications.
• Led initiatives to control and improve production performance utilizing metrics and methodologies such as: Time Study, Line Balancing, Takt Time, Cycle Time, Waste Elimination, Scrap Rate reduction, OEE, Lean Management, and TPM.
• Managed manpower allocation and controlled employee assignments/work schedules.
• Participated in and led production improvement activities, including Kaizen, Quality Control Circles (QCC), and 5S initiatives.
• Completed various special assignments, including business kick-offs and preparation of BOI (Board of Investment) and TAI (Thailand Automotive Institute) documentation.
