As a Logistics Coordinator, my responsibilities include managing customer order fulfillment to ensure timely production and delivery, as well as coordinating receipt of materials from suppliers and conducting quality inspections to maintain adherence to standards
· Liaise with Harbor Master and port personnel to manage vessel berth allocation and movements, ensuring efficient vessel traffic.
· Arrange pilotage services for vessel docking/undocking operations and coordinate with both foreign and domestic ship agent operators.
· Collaborate with the Philippine Ports Authority (PPA) to organize the daily berthing schedule of vessels.
· Oversee vessel harbor pilotage scheduling and communicate effectively with the duty harbor pilot.
· Utilize VHF radio to communicate with foreign and domestic vessels, logging vessel particulars and pertinent information.
· Maintain and update service logs, while also fulfilling other ad hoc duties as required.
