• Undergo aircraft maintenance practical training according to the structured on-job-training programme for Category B1.
• Acquire practical experience in SIAEC's hangars, workshops and aircraft servicing areas on the types of aircraft and aircraft component, currently serviced by SIAEC or by the companies within the SIAEC Group,
• Perform work under the close supervision of qualified personnel.
• Record the tasks performed on basic practical logbook.
• Meet the minimum performance standard when completing the tasks assigned by the instructors, including but not limited to: Correct usage of tools and equipment, Understand and execute maintenance instructions according to approved data, including all workplace and task specific safety requirements,
• Complete all the assigned practical tasks.
