I'm a cheerful, dedicated, hard - working and approachable preschool Chinese teacher. My educationaI philosophy is child - centred approach, creating a positive and friendly learning environment. I focus on cultivating kids' interest and potential, guiding them to develop correct values and a positive outlook on life. I aim to help them grow into happy and loving individuals.

I believe teachers should not just pass on knowledge, but also support, collaborate with and guide children's learning. I build an equal and trusting relationship with the kids, listen to them, and encourage their exploration and expression. I teach based on each child's individuality to inspire their interest and motivation, and I care about their well - being.

In the future, I hope to reach higher levels in education. I will keep exploring and innovating in early childhood education, helping more children develop fully.
