• Managing Risk Engineering teams, cross-collaborated with several BUs for integrations and worked with machine learning teams for delivering several risk online models and built graphs, rule engines, and velocity monitors which have contributed by saving on avg 30-40K USD/month and keeping the credit/fraud risk below 2% of GMV.
• Managing feature engineering teams responsible for delivering Experimentation and flag initiatives that have increased development efficiency by 60-70% across org. Real-time feature engineering initiatives have reduced the development work of online feature development from 5 days to 1 day.
• Regularly conduct operational cost audits. One such audit resulted in optimization saving 8K USD monthly on RDS.
• Actively involved in improving MLOPs lifecycle.
• Other responsibilities - Manage code and design reviews, planning resourcing, hiring, performance, and mentoring of engineers. Manage stakeholders and maintain high-performant team culture.

• Managed customer fraud, payment fraud and money laundering detection teams contributed to saving ~80-100K USD fraud threat per day.
• Built several tools such as real-time fraud detection pipelines, rule engines, fraud backoffices, system endpoints for integrations, velocity monitors.
• Lead Generic feature ingestion pipeline initiative which cut down real-time feature requirement's time to market from 2 weeks to a few hours and provided an end-to-end latency of 40 seconds.
• Established TDD culture.
• Scaled centralized identity management service to distributed identity management for handling scale and future-proofing.
• Involved in code reviews, design reviews, hiring and mentoring engineers.
• Involved in technical/product roadmap discussions and managing cross-team stakeholder management.

• Lead work in building and managing talent recruitment tool called talentpool.
• Major contribution was converting the on-premise software to SAAS-based service.
