• Plan, organized and conduct Internal QMS Audit and Third Party-Certifying Body Audit and follow up actions of audit findings and verify its effective implementation.
• Supported quality team members during corrective action updates
• Improved customer satisfaction levels with timely resolution of nonconformance issues and effective corrective actions
• Manage Supplier related quality claims, follow up affected product disposition, verify 8D Reports and improvement plans from Supplier.

• Customer Management - handling of quality complaints and provide CAR/8D Report with its root cause analysis (5Why & Ishikawa)
• Participated in new product development initiatives, providing guidance on quality requirements throughout manufacturing processes.
• Implement and provide other customer requirements such as SPC, FMEA, 8D, Improvement Plans and other Reports.
• Participate in internal audits and follow-up for closure.
• Assist Quality Manager in Customer audits and Third-party audits.
• Traveled to customer site to perform verification of rejections.

• Reduce downtime for machines through proactive identification and resolution of technical issues.
