· Manage overall export operation and shipping staff mainly to comply with Free Industrial Zone (FIZ) customs procedures to ensure shipping activity runs smoothly.

· Work with Sanmina Customs Compliance Team to prepare necessary documents to apply custom approval (Borang ZPB AM & Sub-con Approval) for raw materials shipment to suppliers and customers.

· Setup up shipping routing guide & process flow for new projects and present the special instruction to all shipping staff before hand over to project owner.

· Implement new improvement that needed for shipping department to save cost, time and energy.

· Authorized for handling Dangerous Goods shipment.

· Handle customer escalation emails and able to solve the problems immediately before escalation move to higher level.

· Closely follow up with Production and Warehoue to ensure the finished goods are timely shipped to customers.

· Track the status of shipments from inspection to delivery and communicate with the customer on the status of the shipment.

· Responding promptly to customer enquiries in person or via phone calls and email in a professional & efficient manner.

· Responsible for preparing shipping invoices, packing list and delivery orders in oracle systems for all types of shipment.

· Arrange bookings with forwarders (FEDEX,NNR,DGF,DHL,SCHENKER and Other courier services & freight forwarding) via mails and phone calls.

· Set pickup and delivery appointments with freight forwarders.

· Manage well on inventory and warehouse system to avoid variances on finished goods stock counts.

· Update daily shipment information into Excel

· Well verse in Oracle system. Processing relevant documents and maintain good filling of documents, physically and cloud storage.

· Manage to resolve problem with minimum supervision.

· Handle export and import operation of materials and finished goods

· Perform system transaction for goods to be shipped out

· Prepare invoice and packing list for all type of shipments

· Closely follow up with production and warehouse team to ensure the finished goods timely shipped to customers

· Make booking with forwarders (FEDEX, EXPEDITORS,DHL and other courier services & freight forwarding) via mails and phone calls

· Manage escalation with minimum supervision

· Handle incoming calls from forwarder, customer and Flex team

· Track closely incoming shipments

· Undertake other ad-hoc functions as determine from time to time by Manager and Director

INBOUND :- Unload the incoming and verify the physical quantity and condition against the purchase order and confirm acceptance ; perform system transaction for inventory ; complete labelling & putaway activities

OUTBOUND :- Upon receiving transfer order from customer, will check in system to locate the parts and pick per FIFO. After picker pick the parts, scanning will be done to adjust out inventory in system. Prepare delivery order and make booking with forwarders for pickup.

CYCLE COUNT :- Perform daily cycle count activities (night), location basis to maintain accuracy of parts physically versus system.
