1. Responsible for the daily operations of the retail shop and online orders together with a team of staffs.

2. Responsible for the supply chain operations and managing a team of pickers for dry goods to be delivered to various supermarkets throughout Singapore.

• Responsible for achieving the sales and profit target for all departments of Ben’s Independent Grocer supermarket located at Damansara City Mall
• Principle accountabilities include managing the inventory level and stock holding days
• Also, being responsible for the strict compliance of all established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and personnel policies / procedures by all team members.

• Responsible for achieving the sales and profit target and managing a team of retail executives,supervisors and sales assistants.

• Responsible for the area sales and profit target for both the corporate and franchise stores by leading the branch in charges and franchisees in merchandising and operating disciplines set.

• Responsible for achieving the sales and profit target for the Grocery/ Non Food & Beer,Wine,Spirit (BWS) departments by leading the Supervisors and team members in merchandising and operating disciplines set
• Experienced in a gourmet concept supermarket environment and also have experience in the Fruits & Vegetable department (3 years).
