Job Summary

Senior Executive Quality is responsible for overseeing and guiding the quality assurance and quality control aspects in Plant Change Delivery. The Senior Executive Quality will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all changes meet client expectation, quality standards, code and regulatory compliance. Execute Strategic Initiative to foster the change that could benefit to the department and organization as well.

Responsibilities and duties

• Develop Quality requirement in Invitation to Bid (ITB) by adhering to client expectation, COMPANY standards and code requirements.
• Participate in Technical Evaluation and Technical Clarification for Bidder during project development.
• Participate in Bidder evaluation criteria and scoring
• Develop and implement quality assurance and control plans for project, ensuring the compliance with client expectation and regulatory requirements such prepare internal and external audit plan, surveillance plan and etc.
• Drive and fostering Quality Program such Quality Campaign, Quality Audit and Surveillance, Quality Walkabout, Quality Stand down and etc.
• Streamline and monitor quality programs to achieve project objective and alleviate overdue compliance activities.
• Launch quality assurance practices for each phase of development such in detail design engineering, front end loading, procurement and etc.
• Collaborate with planning, engineering, and project management teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with Plant Changes Project.
• Participate in Value Management Practices Session such Project Risk Assessments (PRA), Project Independent Review (PIR), Constructability Review (CR) and Project Lessons Learnt (PLL) to optimize efficiency and to reduce the risk during project execution.
• Ensure all Plant Changes Project comply with relevant regulations, client requirement and quality standards (e.g., EMOC, DOSH, PTS, Client L3 Procedures).
• Coordinate with Vendors and Contractors to ensure their deliverables meet established quality requirements.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for issues arising during execution of Plant Changes Project.
• Conduct Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA) for the repetitive Non-Compliance Record.
• Attend Pre-Inspection Meeting (PIM) prior execution at Vendor Facilities.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to Plant Changes Project, including quality inspection reports, validation reports, and change control records.
• Report on the progress, KPI and outcomes of Plant Changes Project to management.
• Develop high-performing teams by recruiting top talent and fostering an environment conducive to professional development and personal growth.

In this pivotal role, the Senior Executive Quality will execute the implementation of quality assurance and control aspects of Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) projects, ensuring that all investments in new machinery, equipment, and facility upgrades meet the highest quality standards. This position plays a key role in integrating quality management principles into the planning, execution, and completion of CAPEX projects, aligning them with the company's strategic objectives and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities and duties

This role is pivotal in maintaining the integrity of our production process, from exploration and extraction to the initial stages of processing.

Responsibilities and duties

• Develop and implement quality management strategies tailored to the specific needs of upstream projects.
• Oversee the establishment of QA/QC standards for implementation as earlier during Detail Design Stage.
